This is method is rare.

Each plug is checked manually;

cork herméthique longer than the traditional method,

This will slow down the evolution of the wine and brings additional wealth.

Then, after aging of 4 years minimum,

is added to bleeding, a low dose of liquor,

veillie in an oak barrel that contained brandy for 15 years!

(Dose of liqueur 5/6 gr / liter instead of 12gr / liter)
